PRICING

All prices are a based on approximate common estimates only, they are a loose guide (ball park) to give you an idea of costing. There are factors which can alter prices……....The main factor is always the level of dirt to be cleaned & the amount of glass to be cleaned. We usually always vacuum & detail the tracks. Louvres take a lot of time, colonial glass, very dirty frames, dirty security & flyscreens, builders muck i.e. paint, render, grout, silicone, tape, concrete, window tinting, scratchy glass, difficult or dangerous access, moving furniture, track colour, flyscreen removal, window locks, stubborn blinds etc…etc…

Our costs for subsequent regular maintenance cleans is often less as the hardest work is always the first clean.

The fairest & most accurate way we usually work is by an hourly rate.
Always when working, we keep a solid pace, our heads down at all times. We never charge for break times……
THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SOLID WORKING MAN HOURS ONLY. Our invoicing & time keeping is transparent & honest. Open communication with the customer is paramount.

Quoting is usually purely based on a fair approximation of how long the job will take to deliver it to our high standards. Years of experience in all types of jobs usually means we are close with our costing.

Domestic jobs

2 - 3 bedroom apartments/townhouses/small suburban homes $80 – $150
4 bedroom average size $150 – $240 with louvers or colonials will cost more
4 - 5 bedroom top end suburban OR waterfront single story $180 – $240 plus
4 bedroom multi story average size $180 – $250
4 - 5 - 6 plus bedroom, top end suburban, large prestige waterfront, large country home,
Multi story homes $250 – $650 plus
Hi rise apartments vary greatly on the Gold Coast.
Beach homes often take time as they have louvers & salt build up.
The essential frame cleaning often takes extra time.

What ever the price you pay you WILL receive a value for money service.

Commercial jobs

Builders/final cleans usually subject to physical quote OR hourly rate.
Real estate, small to medium jobs charged at an hourly rate. Large jobs usually a
physical quote first. Holiday rental cleans we set a fixed rate.
Shop fronts, retail, car yards & most regular commercial jobs we do the job first…
then set a regular fair pricing structure.

Payment terms Cheque, Direct Deposit, Cash or Credit Card or if approved a 7 day account.
